This policy explains what personal data digitalops.in collects, why, and who processes it. It covers the website, its enquiry forms, our advertising and analytics tools, and the AI Search Audit tool. The data controller is DIGITALOPS (“DIGITALOPS”), registered office: Ground Floor, 5-71, Plot No. 196, Vajra Enclave, Old Alwal, Alwal, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana 500010, India, hello@digitalops.in. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and respect the rights of visitors from other countries.
What we collect

We do not collect card or bank details on our website. Payments for the full report are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your consent, our website uses:
- Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure enquiries from our own Google Ads campaigns.
- Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our own Facebook and Instagram ads, including showing ads to people who visited our site.
These tools set cookies and send browsing data to Google and Meta, which process it under their own privacy policies. You can refuse or withdraw consent in our cookie banner, change your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out tool and your Meta ad settings.
Client campaigns
When we run advertising for a client, the campaigns run in the client’s own ad accounts, and the leads go to the client’s CRM or Google Sheets. For those leads the client is responsible for the data and its privacy policy applies. We access them only as needed to manage the campaign, under our agreement with the client.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not send your name, email or phone number to AI assistants.
- We do not add you to a newsletter without your consent.

Some of these services are outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries. We only share what each service needs.
Your browser
Besides cookies, the audit tool keeps your name, email and a temporary verification token in your browser’s local storage for up to 24 hours, so you don’t have to confirm your email again. You can clear it in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries and contact details: [24] months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Audit reports: [24] months, then deleted.
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics data: as set in Google Analytics, currently [14] months.
Audit report links are private, but anyone with a link can open that report.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or stop contacting you. Email hello@digitalops.in and we will respond within [30] days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
We will update this page when we start collecting different data or using different services, and change the date above.
