These terms apply to the website digitalops.in and everything on it, including the AI Search Audit tool at digitalops.in/ai-search-audit/. The website is operated by DIGITALOPS (“DIGITALOPS”, “we”), registered office: Ground Floor, 5-71, Plot No. 196, Vajra Enclave, Old Alwal, Alwal, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana 500010, India. 1. Our website

• Content on this website, including articles, guides and case studies, is general information about digital marketing. It is not advice for your specific business.
• Case studies describe results for particular clients. Your results may differ.
• You may share links to our pages. You may not copy our content, design or tools for commercial use without our written permission.

2. Agency services

Our digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites, are provided under a separate proposal or agreement with each client. That agreement, not these terms, sets out the scope, fees, payment terms and responsibilities. Where these terms and a client agreement differ, the client agreement applies.

3. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through a form, by email or on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you about it. A proposal or quote is not binding until both sides accept it in writing.

4. The AI Search Audit tool

• Free site check: you enter a website address. The tool reads publicly available pages of that website and reports on search basics, speed, structured data, AI crawler access and the facts it can find.
• Free AI check: after you confirm your email, the tool asks an AI assistant a question a buyer might ask and shows the answer, the businesses it names and the sources it used.
• Full report (paid): a one-time digital report generated automatically by software. It covers more buyer questions across several AI assistants, a comparison with the businesses AI recommends, step-by-step fixes, ready-to-use text and code, a week-by-week plan, a PDF with your own logo, and an automatic re-check after [30] days. It is not a consultation and includes no personal service.
• Fair use: only audit websites you own or have permission to analyse. Do not try to get around the daily limits, overload websites or automate the tool. We may block use that looks abusive.
• Your branding: only upload a logo or brand details you have the right to use. You may use, edit and share reports you receive, including with your own clients, and remove our branding from a paid report you bought.

5. Payment for the full report

The full report costs US$4.99, charged once, with no subscription. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and receipts. We never see or store your card details.

The report is generated automatically, usually within 5–15 minutes of payment, and a private link is emailed to you. Anyone with that link can view the report, so share it carefully.

6. Refunds for the full report

If your report is not delivered within [24 hours], or is materially incomplete because of a technical fault on our side, email hello@digitalops.in within [14] days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full. Because each report is generated for you and delivered immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds once it has been delivered. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, leads or sales from our website content, the audit tool or its reports. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

The website and the audit tool are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a full report is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business. Liability for agency services is set by the client agreement.

9. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

10. Changes

We may update the website, the audit tool, its prices or these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above. Full reports already paid for will still be delivered.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live.
