At DIGITALOPS, we strive to deliver the best results to our clients. However, we understand that there may be cases where clients need to cancel services or request refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing to hello@digitalops.in.
- Cancellations made before the commencement of work will be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Once work has commenced, cancellations will be subject to our discretion, based on the progress of the project.
2. Refund Policy
- For monthly retainer services (e.g., SEO, Google Ads management), refunds will not be provided once the service period has started.
- For website development projects, refunds will be processed based on the stage of completion:
- Before Project Kickoff: Full refund (minus processing fees).
- After Project Kickoff: Partial refund based on the remaining work.
- After Project Completion: No refunds will be provided.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., incomplete information, delayed feedback).
- Dissatisfaction with creative output after approvals.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, clients can escalate the issue to hello@digitalops.in. We will aim to resolve the dispute amicably.
